Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is a healing martial art which is used primarily these days to help stay young and healthy. Gain balance outside as well as inside the body, increase flexibility, learn to relax the entire body at the same time making the body strong. This is possible with moving the body in a slow and controlled way which also helps clear the mind and brings an inner peace. All ages welcome.
