Celebrate this festive season here at the farm with craft beer, brats and a spooky movie showing outdoors under the stars.
Come join us for spooky night outdoors! We'll have a host of great craft brews and fun Octoberfest inspired menu to sample while sitting outside for an evening showing of "Young Frankenstein". Bring a blanket, a cozy sweater, a great costume, or preferably all three. We'll have a roaring fire going to warm up a bit (and toast s'mores). Table service is limited and on a first come first serve basis , so feel free to bring some folding chairs or grandma's quilt if you'd like. Movie showing starts at 7pm, but feel free to arrive as early as 6pm to get your spot, grab some food and brews and get ready for a great fall night here at the farm.
The Herb Lyceum is a working 4-acre farm in Groton Massachusetts operated by the Gilson family since the 1800s. Aside from growing a variety produce, herbs, and flowers, David Gilson, the current head of the household and first to farm on the land, has spent decades massaging the landscape to host events with a cozy, familial, and relaxed feel.
The Herb Lyceum is run by the team at Puritan & Company in Cambridge, where Will Gilson is the chef.
