Monarch Women's Circle - Hosted by Soulful Evolutions Monarch Women's Circle will be held in person 3rd Saturday of the Month from 1:00-3:00 est. at Springside Park by the baseball field : 874 North Street, Pittsfield Ma Rain Location: Will be at Soulful Evolutions 100 North street Pittsfield Ma 01201 Please bring your own yoga matt, meditation cousin or blanket. Come to Monarch Women's Circle if you are ready to embody sovereignty of self of self- connection, love and transformation so that you can live a happy, healthy life that is authentically true to who you are. Nourish yourself with commitment to yourself and like minded community so that you can feel supported, held and grounded in your Soulful Evolution to break free of who you were and step into who you are and have always wanted to be. Open to all those who identify as women. In this circle you can expect: * Self-connection and grounding exercises so that you can let go of the past and step into who you are now. * Embodiment practices so that you have less exhaustion, anxiety and frustration and more energy, clarity of purpose and vision. * Integrative discussions so that you can shift your mind to break free of your negative self-talk and the "all or nothing" mentality and finally be comfortable and confident in who you are * Gain concrete tools that help you embody the power of your full self so that you can find the motivation, confidence and discipline to make lasting sustainable change, set boundaries, cultivate fulfilling relationships and communicate clearly with others.
