The Brown Bike Girl is a bicycle advocacy consulting firm operated by urban planner, experienced ride leader, and former organizer for a major women of color's cycling group, Courtney Williams. The Brown Bike Girl provides ideas for individuals and institutions that work to promote cycling access and adoption in communities of color.
Courtney hopes to see and train more POC to be their own bike leaders and advocates and change the value of cycling in the communities of color.
