Description

What is my body language conveying to others? About 93% of what we convey in a conversation is nonverbal communication. For this reason, it is very important to understand what our body transmits, as well as the tone of our voice and the specific gestures we combine in our personal expression. The communication we make through our body also has a lot of influence in our social relationships and is the perfect mirror of our inner emotions. Cony Tavera is a facilitator for the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston, credentialed catechist, and spiritual director at the Emmaus Spirituality Center.
