The Presentation Learn about artisanal chocolate-making, the importance of bean sourcing, and the bean to bar process from local chocolatier Romeo Garcia of Romeo Chocolates. Event Details This event is $5/person and open to the public. FREE for current Ironfire members. 18+ only. ADA accessible. No pets permitted. No service animals please. Space is limited, so RSVP is required. Ironfire members will have priority seating. There is plenty of free parking on site. Workspace tours, tastings, and networking opportunities will be available. Health & Safety Notice Face masks will be required at all times, except while enjoying refreshments. Temperature screenings will be conducted upon arrival. About Your Presenter Prior to founding Romeo Chocolates in Long Beach, carefully sourcing ingredients and cacao from various regions around the world, Romeo Garcia graduated from Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts and completed the Master Chocolatier Program in Belgium. He continued his studies at the Chicago Chocolate Academy & Atelier Melissa Coppel and serves as a member of the Fine Chocolate Industry Association.
