Free family-friendly event is open to the community looking for resources related to health & wellness, conservation w/activities and prizes The Pandemic had a strong impact on mental and physical health. The Healthcare Wellness Fair 2021 is a great way to get back to a healthy living! Join us for our 1st Annual Community Health & Wellness Fair at Boulevard on October 24, 2021. The fair offers a variety of FREE health screenings, educational tables, an introduction to healthy food options, bouncy houses, skating, giveaways, and much more! Multicultural Poder Hispano LLC will provide a 6ft. table and two chairs for each tabling participant. You are welcome and encouraged to bring additional supplies as needed (i.e. canopy, table cloth). We hope you will bring an interactive activity.
