House Cleaning needed, periodic SUNDAYS

We are looking for a super-reliable, responsible, self-starter to clean 1-2 houses periodically on SUNDAYS, between the hours of 10:00 am - 2:30 pm. Age 15+. (If 2 high-school students want to do this work together as a team, that works for us, but at least one must be old enough to drive to/from work.) UNvaccinated Welcome. We will not ask your vaccination status -- or any other medical status! We pay a flat-rate per cleaning based on approx. $15.00 per hour. Some cleanings will be super-easy, some will be harder. The more efficient you are, the better the pay rate for you. Guaranteed raise after 6 months of excellent performance. Please note: If words like "excellent performance" make you nervous, please do not apply for this job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to strive for excellence. Tasks include: Wash, Dry, Fold sheets & towels Make Beds Sweep / Mop / Vacuum floors Clean Bathrooms Clean Kitchen (incl. stove/fridge) Take out Garbage Restock Supplies Hot Tub Maintenance Walk around the Yard to look for any issues Note and report any damages to property There may be times when a quick trip to the store is needed to pick up supplies. * This is a periodic position. Some months will need no cleanings, some months will need cleanings every Sunday. * Must read and write English, be able to follow detailed written and oral directions, and be responsible for completing the work in the time allotted, and without direct supervision. * During a probationary/training period, a quality control inspector will inspect your work after you are finished to ensure high quality workmanship. * The job is physically demanding so you should be in relatively good shape. * You must be a licensed, insured, car-owning driver. * You must be able to drive in Idaho during the Winter months, because these cleanings can't be postponed for better weather. * Must be extremely reliable, have perfect attendance, and plan to schedule time off at least a month in advance. * We expect dependability, honesty, and integrity. * No smoking or vaping in the house(s). * DRUG SCREENING WILL BE REQUIRED. --->>> If you are interested in this work, then we are interested in you!!
