Self care is not selfish. Join us Wednesday night to relax and unwind. The fee of $15 covers a 1 hour yoga class and 1 glass of wine. Arrive at 5:15 to set up and select your wine. Perfect pace yoga will be taught by Raelene Honeycutt from 5:30-6:30 and Take 5 Rendezvous wine bar will be open until 7:30. Relax and unwind with the perfect pairing of yoga plus wine.
