Each course contains a Lost Oak wine specifically paired by Britt and Jim Evans, the winemaker. The winemaker, Jim, will talk about each of the wines and the theory behind the finished product as well the pairings of each course. One of the wines included will be the Evans2, a wine created to help support a special scholarship fund. Lost Oak Winery is a family-owned and operated winery located in Burleson, just south of Fort Worth.
