ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
ASPEN is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and owner of Fitness x Aspen LLC. Currently she works with clients 1:1 in-person and virtually for fitness training and teaches group fitness classes at two studios in NH. Her inclusive approach to fitness is rooted in the belief that fitness is for everyBODY, and that movement is a celebration of our bodies, not a punishment.
