Community Services Unlimited is hosting a unique wellness event series in South Central Los Angeles to help the community destress.
Replenish thy spirit, mind and body for the week to come this Saturday with Community Services Unlimited's "Morning of Wellness."
Every fourth Saturday, CSU's Morning of Wellness offers a movement or healing session lead by a local Health and Wellness provider. Bring your spirit, mind and body and a friend. Mask are required.
CSU's Morning of Wellness is a free event, but we encourage donations to our Health and Wellness Providers to show appreciate. No one will be turn away for lack of funds. There are only 20 slots available per session.
This month, we will be offering a yoga session guided by Karlton Frazier, CEO of The Manifest Company and a tea-tasting paired with a panel discussion on Building Food Ways for Wellness, a conversation with Community Services Unlimited and SoLA Food Co-op.
In addition, attendees will also receive 15% off discount at the Village Market Place (located on site) on our Morning of Wellness Menu, access to walk-up COVID Vaccination mobile site provide by the Mayor of LA's office and access to walk up CalFresh Pre-Screenings.
