Join the Bujinkan Kakure Yama Dojo as it starts off the New Year by hosting senior Bujinkan instructors and guests from across the SE Region for a weekend of celebration and training. Training runs from Friday night through Sunday afternoon and features sessions with senior instructors from across the Southeast. In addition to focussed sessions, we will also have several round robin sessions throughout the weekend to allow instructors to share their insights and experience with participants. Please join us for this unique opportunity as we explore Soke’s teaching and the aspects each instructor brings to the art. Register today for this unique opportunity!
Participants should anticipate a mix of unarmed taijutsu and weaponry and should bring all their training tools. We highly recommend bringing bokken, hanbo, jutte, and tanto as a minimum. However, no live blades or video cameras will be permitted.
In addition to training, dinner will be held at Sake Bomb Restaurant in Durham on Saturday evening to allow time for students to socialize with the instructors and each other. For those needing accommodations, we recommend the following hotels located approximately 1 mile from the dojo or contact Karl Koch at [email protected] to reserve crash space with local students:
