Partnered with Mission Grape, you will enjoy a fabulous dinner while exploring 4 incredible champagnes. This menu will be prepared by our Culinary Director, Chef Craig Kuhns. Expect each bite to perfectly compliment the 4 tastings of bubbles. Sneak Peak at the Menu: 1st Course Pickled Shrimp paired with Pertois-Moriset Rose' Blanc Grand Cru 2nd Course Green Tomato Carpaccio with Fried Capers paired with Pertois-Moriset L'Assemblage NV 3rd Course Striped Bass, winter squash puree, and leafy parsnips paired with Andre Heucq Blanc de Meunier 4th Course Champagne Compressed Apples paired with Solemme Espirite ler Cru Cost for this dinner is $95/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, gloves will be used when preparing food.
