Help Wanted Maintenance Technician: Household Maintenance/Repair and Driver WE NEED A FIXER! Full time, Part Time $24-$34 per hour We are a property management company based in SF, and we’re looking for one or two Maintenance Technicians to join our team! The focus of this job position is to keep our properties looking good and functioning well at all times. This is a good opportunity to learn a career in real estate management if you so choose. During a typical day, you’ll drive a company van or truck, stocked with tools and supplies, throughout our service area, making simple household repairs. Sometimes you’ll be making property inspections and deciding for others to provide services. Most of our properties are in SF, but some are in other outlying areas. Experience in common household repairs is required, although some training is available. For the mostly residential rental properties we manage, our purpose is to make sure they look good and function well at all times. People in our office speak: English, Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, but of course we all speak English. Other Employment Details While there can be some flexibility, normal work schedule is M-F 930 - 430 You should be in good physical condition to handle this type of work Starting pay $24-$30/hr; depending on ability Benefits: 401K pension plan, health care stipend We value long-term employment relationships, and we promote from within.
