Historic Myersville Walking Tour: The Colorful Past of a "Sleepy" Maryland Town Myersville-Wolfsville Area Historical Society invites you to hear about the real Myersville, including tales of attempted murder, Civil War mayhem, revenge, arson, protests, brawls, and even ghosts. Every tale is true, having been researched by the historical society. Costumed hosts will lead the tour by lantern light. The talk will be delivered by a professional actor who grew up in Myersville. The tours will start at 7 p.m. There is also a 9 p.m. tour on Saturday, 23 October. There are 25 tickets per tour. All proceeds benefit the Myersville-Wolfsville Area Historical Society. The Society is a non-profit group of volunteers dedicated to preserving and retelling our unique local history.
