Help soundproofing basement

I need help soundproofing a basement music studio. Help includes some framing, dry walling, hanging mass loaded vinyl (which is 1-2 lbs per sq foot), taping, calking. You need to have experience doing most of the above all of the above because quality and attention to detail is essential to achieving proper soundproofing. Willing to pay $65/hr for someone reliable. 2-3 weeks of work paid daily.
