On the hunt 4+yo Female dog under 20lbs

I am looking for a companion for my 80+ year old mom. Need a dog over 4 years old and 20lbs or less prefer female already fixed. Mom lives in country setting and has a fully fenced yard, would be a wonderful loving home for someone who needs to find a new place for their pet. We are old school and don't believe in rehoming fees so don't contact us if you expect one.
