Missing Endangered Adult Last Seen In Ballston Area: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are asking the public's help in locating an endangered woman who was last seen in the Ballston area, according to a post on the department's official Twitter account. Police described Ruth Brewer as a thin, 35-year-old White woman, standing 5-foot-3, with shoulder-length hair. When she was last seen, she was wearing a jacket, white slip on shoes, and possibly carrying a pink shoulder bag. Police say Brewer is considered endangered due to mental and/or physical health concerns. Anyone with information about Brewer's whereabouts is asked to contact the Emergency Communications Center at 703-558-2222 or 9-1-1 in an emergency.
