COLORADO — Four Colorado cities are among the best 100 places to live in America, according to a new ranking released by the community research outlet Livability. Here's how Colorado cities ranked on Livability's list: No.9: Colorado Springs No.36: Aurora No.42: Fort Collins No.92: Longmont Livability.com considered more than 1,000 small to mid-sized cities in the ranking process. The outlet surveyed residents on factors like safety, affordability, economic stability, outdoor recreation, accessibility, and community engagement. The top 10 on the list included: 1. Madison, Wisconsin 2. Ann Arbor, Michigan 3. Overland Park, Kansas 4. Frederick, Maryland 5. Charlottesville, Virginia 6. Quincy, Massachusetts 7. Hillsboro, Oregon 8. Roseville, California 9.
