Covid has changed the rules. Come back to work on YOUR terms! If you've cleaned professionally before, or thought about it, and want to get those hours in without having to advertise your services, purchase your own supplies, and without your boss TELLING you when you can take a weekend off, we just might be a great fit! We are a down-to-earth team of awesome people helping our community members and the environment with our badass, Earth-friendly cleaning skills. We are growing. Join us! Create your own regular hours. Time that hasn't been booked with clients can be blocked off at any time so you can do your thang. Example: your calendar says you're available Friday night, but you haven't been booked yet, and you've suddenly decided going out for drinks with your gal pals sounds way more interesting. Block it off! No questions asked. Work in Boulder County, OR East or Boulder County (think Broomfield, Arvada, Westminster), OR Denver, or all three! Choose your zones. STARTING PAY: $18/hr if you require training. You'll work with a buddy to get up to speed. $20/hr if you have previous experience and feel confident that you can fly the nest after a brief orientation period. SCHEDULING: Training is 10-15 hours for the first week or two, and ongoing schedules may be set between 15 and 30+ hours. We require at least three days per week of recurring availability (sorry-no weekend only shifts). Beyond your recurring days, other openings can be added or dropped as you like. BENEFITS: House cleaning! Everyone get one freebie per year, and up to one per month after that at cost. PTO. Because life. We get it. Sick? Vacation? Kiddos home from school? PTO. 401(k) with generous company match. You won't be cleaning forever. Plan ahead. We'll help. Expectations: We would love it if you have extensive professional residential cleaning experience. However, we are willing to provide paid training to people who we believe would be a great fit. We run background checks and have a zero tolerance policy for criminal convictions. We require a certain level of professionalism...and humor. We have amusing and comfy company tee shirts. All supplies are provided, with the exception of transportation. You must have a registered, insured, reliable vehicle. Overall, this is a pretty independent, easy to manage job. If the clients are kept happy, you'll quickly develop a following and keep a full schedule with loyal clients. We're also a pretty fun bunch when we get together!
