EAS Homes & EAS Environmental - We are a demo, disaster restoration, and construction cleaning company. We are in search of technicians who want the opportunity to learn, grow professionally and personally, who are ok with hard work and good money, and enjoy a fast-paced construction environment. We offer $15-$19/hr + bonuses. Job Description- Technician: Load specialty equipment morning of use, Make sure all tools/supplies needed for the day are accounted for, Site walkthrough/toolbox talk/review crew activity plan, Start work for the day to include: - demolition of damaged buildings and building material - disaster restoration and remediation - cleaning - hauling trash - cleaning work area, - any other general work practices discussed as a part of any particular or specific job, Clean and restock trucks/trailers at the end of every day. Experience in construction or disaster restoration desired but not required, we offer on the job training. Pay rate based on experience. Bonuses offered based on job profitability and employee contribution - most technicians make +$900/week, and the bigger the job the bigger the bonus. Some bonuses are $100-$150 for a 2 day job.
