Band looking to share a rehearsal space

We're a rock cover band looking to share a space with another band. We will sublet, sign a lease, and make it legit. We need a place to play. We are sick of paying for Rocket Space/SRS Studios by the hour. I've been in bands for 20+ years and have shares spaces with several bands before. In the past we split rent evenly between the bands. Although, we're open to other arrangements. Our rehearsal schedule is very flexible, we will work around your schedule. Your space would have to be large enough to accommodate my 5 piece drum kit, 3 half stacks and a PA. Please call or email me if you're interested. We want to meet you and make sure we mesh.
