Press release from the Upper Saucon Township: October 15, 2021 Public Notice: FLINT HILL ROAD – Water main extension for the Estates at Saucon Valley project: A contractor for the developer will resume water line construction for the Estates at Saucon Valley on or about Monday 10/18/21. Construction will start on Flint Hill Road, where they left off, just beyond Passer Road. Refer to the green lines on the map below. The road will be accessible to buses/emergency vehicles and anyone that lives within the area of extension. The road will be closed to through traffic from 7am-4pm during the day and will opened every day after 4pm. Installation of mainline Segment 1 (Flint Hill Road) will take approximately 20 +/- working days and phase 2 (Taylor Dr and Landis Mill) will take an additional 10+/- working days.
