I am needing to get estimates for immediate work. I need bush hogging, foundation and driveway estimates. I need framing estimates. I need roofing estimates. After the framing is done, I will need electrical estimates, plumbing estimates, and a/c estimates. I am looking for reasonable estimates. So I will be considering all estimates until I feel I have the right person. I will obtain a building permit once I find someone. I may hire someone different for each job depending on pricing. Estimates need to include labor and materials.
