Press release from the Borough of Phoenixville: October 14, 2021 Hours of Operation: 8am - 4:30pmLobby open to the public: 9am to 12pm, 1pm to 3:30pm In accordance with recent CDC guidance, the Borough is requiring all members of the public to be masked when entering our building. All visitors and staff, regardless of vaccination status must wear a mask while inside of any Borough building.  The policy applies in all Borough facilities including, but not limited to, Borough Hall, the Police Station, and the third floor Council Chambers.  All visitors and staff, regardless of vaccination status must wear a mask while inside of any Borough building With the State Legislature terminating the Emergency Declaration declared by Governor Wolf and authorized by Act 15 signed by the Governor on April 20, 2020, the Borough will immediately conduct all of its advertised meetings listed below for Borough Council, and Committees as hybrid meetings – which will be in person for those members who participate in these meetings, and virtual viewing and public participation via Zoom.
