Hello! I am a guitarist/songwriter, looking to form a new group. I've currently released music under the names Conquer the Distance and Elmyra. Please go check them out on Spotify/Apple Music, if you'd like. That isn't quite the sound I'm aiming for though, it's more of a resume. Influences: Architects, Polaris, Wage War, BMTH, The Plot In You. I'm trying to create a group that has the complexity of Polaris, the groove of Wage War, the melodies of BMTH, the patience of The Plot in You and the maturity of Architects. I'm starting from scratch so in need of BASSIST, DRUMMER, SINGER, and SCREAMER. No gear NEEDS, I used to have a serious rig but I sold it all, when I took a musical break. So I'm running out of a crappy baritone and practice amp haha. Ages 25-35 please. I'm trying to get an album completely written and recorded, and then hoping to shoot the entire thing as a giant music video, separated by each song. Slowly release each song, and try to build some sort of awareness about the group online. I've done the local band thing, and am truly trying to skip over that phase, right into a somewhat serious band to be taken seriously. I have some decent connections and believe I could make some things happen, once the time is appropriate. I've got plenty of songs in the works right now, but music to me is so much about the community that it builds, and I continuously try to just create and release music by myself, but I don't enjoy music as much when it's just kept to myself.
