Need Studio Space

I am a Ceramist looking for a small warehouse/shop space. Needing at least 400 Square feet, 240 V power, running water, internet, waterproof floors, and heat (I can use propane if in an open shop.) Maximum 1000-ish Square feet. I expect a traditional lease agreement and carry a Commercial liability insurance policy. I work mostly with clay but will be occasionally fabricating wood and steel. If you are interested in renting out your shop / Studio space please let me know! I am willing to share a space with other artists under some conditions, please reach out to have a conversation.
