Description
I'm looking for clients interested in weight loss with mostly training, not as much calorie restriction. I have a thesis due around the holiday and could use a few people for said study. I have a background in sports medicine and would be doing this pro bono, with my own training equipment for the most part but have access to a full gym for some training needs. If this sounds like something you might want to try or you have a question, please feel free to reach out. My study is based on a declining metabolic rate aimed at 40 years or older, Please no prior existing serious health conditions.
P.S Sessions would be at least 60 to 90s days, If we have enough time till the end of the semester.
