Description
A German Shepard sized dog that was loose with a metal collar was spotted at 10:25 pm on oct 16th on south crescent drive in Smithfield not sure if the owner will see this but I'm posting in hopes this may help you find him he ran towards my car and I tried to let him in to check his collar but he was a bit skittish and went on sniffing through lawns
