Unique opportunity to own a stake in your own local business! Small, locally owned property management company in Vail seeks PT or FT employee, with opportunity to become equity partner/ owner in the business. Create your own flexible schedule. Willing to train- get paid while you learn. Ownership potential begins at only two years, equity position doubles at 5 years. Looking for Part-Time (10-20), or Full-Time (30+ hours per week). Work includes regular checks and walk-throughs of properties, and some light maintenance and projects at each property as needed and as assigned. Company currently manages 5 condo complexes (between East Vail and Avon) as well as multiple other homes and properties. Business is growing fast, with several new/interested properties in the pipeline. Need a motivated and reliable person I can count on and will pay the right person $20-$25 per hour (to start) depending on experience and skill set. Require someone already established/ located in Vail area. Full-time position would be less than 40 hrs per week and could become salary-based in short time frame. No specific skills required, but a general knowledge of construction/handyman skills a plus. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping skills are all desirable. What can you bring to the table!? Must speak English, Spanish speaking a plus. Employee can create their own flexible schedule; must have ability to work independently and problem solve as issues arise. Must be able to record and track work and hours info/detail. Job will require some after-hours, on-call, and weekend work, in as-needed and emergency situations. Paid extra in these situations. On-call work averages 7-10 days per month, which is shared between employees/ owners. Benefits after 90 days of work include company mobile phone, potential use of company truck, company gas card. Health insurance assistance/match after 6 months. You will be paid as a w9 employee and covered via my worker's comp insurance policy.
