Roof repair on one of my buildings and I have some other small jobs

I am in immediate need of getting a roof repair on one of my apartment buildings done. I had a couple of shingles blow off and I had both of my usual people blow us off as they’re too busy for the people who have given them tons of work over the years. I also have a small project I want done when this is done on the roof at the same time. The whole project should take about a half a day. I also have a small stair repair project.
