Looking for someone that we can call on to help with getting apartments in rent ready condition. You need to be able to repair walls and celings, sometimes install some new drywall and most of all be able to prep and caulk and paint without making a mess. Not looking for runs and drips and sags. We try to have nice results. Must have tools and cell phone and a ride. MUST be trustworthy. We need to be able to leave you alone and trust that you are where you are supposed to be and that you are doing what you are supposed to be doing. This is a big issue with us. We immediately stop calling on the guys who are trying to play games with us. These properties are mostly around Denison and also in Slavic Village area.
