Caretaker wanted for small ranch property. The property is just over 80 acres and requires at least two full days of work a week. There is a studio apartment located in the barn that would be the caretaker’s living quarters. Caretaker would be responsible for keeping the landscaping around the main ranch house, maintaining the orchard and general upkeep around the property. Someone with some plumbing experienced is preferred, as there are a lot of wells and irrigation systems.
