Need 16 holes drilled in a block wall 3/8 diameter and 5 inch deep

I need holes drilled in block wall. I have a 1/2 inch hammer drill with a new bit and I started having problems. I drilled 8 holes but it is very difficult now so I'll just hire someone with a better drill and bit to finish. There are 16 holes remaining to drill. 3/8 " diameter x 5 " deep. If you have the right drill and bit you should be here less than 30 mins, Southeast Phoenix/Tempe line. 48th st and Southern Ave Give me a bid or ask your questions if you have. email any questions don't just say call me right away because I won't. NOTE: this is going to take a professional grade hammerdrill and bit. Don't try with a 1/2 : drill like I did. It took me quite awhile then became immpossible to finish.
