Our Luxury Vacation Rental Company is looking for an awesome all around maintenance lead to join our team full time or part time. You should be self motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently. We provide a great environment, bonuses and great benefits. Key Job Responsibilities: • Paint, refurbish areas as needed • Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities • Clean windows and glass doors • Change of all filters for HVAC as required • Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed • Maintain exterior property, including trash removal • Assist with all installs/removals • Performs other work related duties as assigned • Must be able to work flexible hours Work Experience Requirements: • 1-2 years of working experience in facilities maintenance • Basic understanding of plumbing, and carpentry • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer service oriented • Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task Physical Requirements • Ability to push/lift 75 pounds • Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require • Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold) • Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints Excellent working vehicle, truck preferred.
