MTC Handyman Service is now hiring for handyman positions, full time Monday through Friday and part time Saturday and Sunday. Company tools, company van, 9am start, driving time paid(1/4 of this job is driving), work inside all winter, never work in the rain again, occasional tips. Ideal applicant will have a journeyman level skillset in a residential trade. Must be able to complete various construction tasks efficiently and safely. See pictures. Tasks include: Gate/fence repair, door repair/install, baseboard install, cabinet repair/install, caulking, deck repair, mount tvs, hang shelves, casing/trim install, hanging art, assembling furniture and many others. You don't need to be able to do all of these, I understand that if you are an electrician you may not know how to hang a door. Must work well independently and be reliable. Must have a good enough driving record to drive company vans on commercial insurance. Must have good customer service skills, you will be face to face with clients going through punch lists and taking payments from them in they're homes. Regular W2/W4 work.
