Description
I’m looking for a technician to work on my energy efficiency/ weatherization crew. Experience working with Austin Energy programs is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is curious, dedicated, and ready to roll up their sleeves to play a part in combating climate change.
A typical day in the field will include:
Installing insulation and replacing ducts in attics.
Air duct repair: sealing, installation and replacing grills.
Installing smart thermostats.
Installing solar screens.
Weatherstripping doors.
Candidates need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive a company work truck. Covid-19 vaccination preferred (since I can't require it).
