ACD corgi mix, 1.5 years old for rehome

Sully is a highly active and loyal one and a half year old ACD corgi mix. He loves playing with other dogs and will bond strongly with household members and pets. He is cuddly and enjoys snuggling up with his family on the couch. He has done two obedience courses & is highly food motivated. He loves solving puzzle toys and doing training that stimulates him mentally. He has some leash reactivity, but does well on a gentle lead and has had low level training - but is uncomfortable of strangers that approach him and other lunging on-leash dogs. I got him as a puppy from a farm in Lockhart TX, and as I live in an apartment now know he needs a house with a sizable fenced in yard and a great deal of exercise. Does well in doggie daycare. He needs a ramp up period to get used to new people and is distrustful of strangers. Once he knows someone well he is extremely loyal. He has a strong herd and chase instinct, and doesn’t do well with small children, but loves his family and friend unit.
