Does anyone know "Bobcat?" from Elmira, N.Y.? Or have any information on said person? He is an African American male, approximately late 30's to early 40's, slim, facial hair, he seems very "shady," as if he is into something bad, IE: drugs. The reason I ask is because my friend has been clean for some time, has a friend that has introduced him to this person, "Bobcat" had lent him money once, on another occasion, they met, they walked away around a cornet instead of staying where we drove to. It makes it appear as if some sort of "drug deal" or other undesired activity is occurring. If anyone has information on him, I would greatly appreciate. Thank you kindly. Be safe, Peace.
