I have a quaker that is around a year old and hand tame. He is not clipped and loves to fly around the house. I am only listing due to allergies. Bird only no cage. He is healthy and happy and I will be sad to see him go. He will be available for pick up in Morgantown Wv. Due to allergies and the breed illegal to own in PA I keep him at my parents home in Wv.
