Easy $60 - Electrician needed today! Fix flickering light and switch

$60 cash to anyone who can fix this issue today. Outlet sparks and trips circuit due to some of the bare wires being exposed, can’t wire in brand new light because it causes other lights on circuit to flicker, also it can’t be turned off by any of the switches in the room so something is clearly wired incorrectly.
