change out 4 foot fluorescent bulbs for LEDs

Our Upscale SALON has 9 each, 4 gang fluorescent ceiling lights. We need someone to change the existing bulbs for LEDs that we have on-site. The ballast[s] do not need to be changed, only bypassed. Lights are in a 12' ceiling so you need to have a ladder or other for access. Qualified responses only, plz.
