Selling for $60, price is firm! MEASUREMENTS: 25.3” L x 23.8” W x 63” H (5’3) Selling because my cat doesn’t use it. It’s super nice, tall and very clean. Only thing used on it are the scratching posts, but they’re still in tact. Selling as is because I don’t have the original instructions to take it apart and needs to be picked up because I don’t have a truck to fit it into.
