HANDYMAN/CONTRACTOR ALERT PACIFIC OAK RESIDENTIAL, is looking for a reliable Handyman/GC to bring houses back to rentable conditions (TURN WORK). We own other houses in the area, so you would have the opportunity for other TURNS as well as Tenant work orders.. • You must have a W-9, and Liability Insurance. • You must be able to receive work orders through email and have general computer skills. • You must be able to turn in invoices and pictures of work completed to get paid. • You must have good communication, people, follow-through skills, and be reliable. • You must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
