Prominent local pool company, Campbell's Pool and Spa continues to grow and is seeking solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible to provide excellent on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.    RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of assigned number of swimming pools and spas each week.The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.The ability to handle physical workloadThe ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the officePool & Spa equipment diagnostics and repairPool Openings & ClosingsPool Equipment installationsEnsuring customer satisfaction on all jobsFollowing up on consumer repairs and warranty workRepresent Campbell’s Pool and Spa and ascertain clients’ needs and set expectation on first time and one-off cleans and/or maintenanceRecord all materials and products used on site for invoicing purposesIdentify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunitiesCollect data, take notes and pictures on a job site and report back to officeMaintain high presentation standards in vehicle, uniforms and stationeryWe are looking for reliable long-term employees who want to help us expand our service division of 26 years.Ability to learn quickly & work independently with excellent time management skillsAdaptable to work that requires frequent shifts in directionA strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality able to commute to WestboroughAvailability and energy to work approximately 50 hours per week, Monday thru Friday with availability on SaturdaysAble to lift at least 75 lbs.Able to work with others in a team atmosphereVehicles and Equipment provided during working hoursPay Rate is based on experienceExperience in HVAC or any other technical troubleshooting field is helpful and preferred, but not necessary EXPERIENCE:Maintenance: 1 year (Required)Full Benefits are available after 30 day probationary period (Including Dental, Life Ins, Vision) Please apply online with CAMPBELL'S POOL & SPA CONSTRUCTION LLC at:
