your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to: - Work orders - Unit turn-overs(light carpentry sheet rock and tile and paint) - Preventative Maintenance - Vendor management - Emergencies - Special projects Qualifications/Requirements • Experience – 2 - 5 years of experience working as a super/handyman • must be comfortable with email and using smart phones • Fluent in English Spanish a plus • experience with plumbing, electrical, mechanical(HVAC) and painting • Comfortable with being on-call for emergencies • Must have a truck or van • Must have tools Please apply directly with a resume.
