I have two 32 qt (sterilite) 5 slot pvc snake racks with no bins. There is heat tape (see pics). One of the racks has 2 plugs. I bought them as is and never ended up using them due to downsizing. $225 each or both for $400. Pick up only Fair Lawn. You'll need an suv or truck.
