Mover Mentality is a rapidly growing moving company in Brandon FL, and due to this rapid growth we are now hiring Drivers & Movers who can start this coming week! We are solely looking for hardworking individuals who have professional moving experience, and our pay scale is very competitive within the moving industry. In starting you will average 20 - 25 hours per week, and this will quickly grow into full-time positions for those who can show that they are dedicated to providing a fantastic customer experience. WHY WORK WITH US? 1) Drivers receive $17 per hour, and customers tip very well if you take care of their belongings! 2) Helpers receive $14 per hour, and customers tip very well if you take care of their belongings! 3) When combining weekly tips with the hourly pay, our movers average over $22 per hour on each move! 4) We pay weekly (every Monday) in the form of a check or direct deposit, and we do not hold back your first week! 5) These are Independent Contractor positions (1099), meaning we do not deduct taxes from your earnings! 6) Work schedule will be Monday-Friday each week with some Saturdays, and never work on Sunday! 7) We offer monthly bonuses for top producing crews who receive nothing less than 5 star reviews from customers! 8) Opportunities for advancement within the company, an increase in your hourly pay, plus so much more! JOB REQUIREMENTS: A) Must have 2 years minimum of "verifiable" moving experience, no exceptions. B) Drivers must have a valid driver's license and experience with driving 26 foot box-trucks. C) Must be physically capable of moving furniture for several hours per day. D) Must have reliable transportation to report to our office for each job.
