I am looking for an organizational dynamo to help me clean and organize my house and especially my bedroom. Okay I admit it I am an organizational disaster. I need skilled help. I think I will have much better luck with a woman as they are just better at that sort of thing. You have to be really careful with people you meet on Craigslist. I want to include some information about me. I may be an organizational disaster with a house, but when it comes to science and engineering I’m the one with the extensive skills. To put to rest any concern about the type of person that I am I include here my Florida professional engineer’s license. I am also a licensed insurance adjuster and I include that license as well. These two licenses give you my full name and you can do any background check that you like. But there’s nothing to find because I’ve led a squeaky clean life. I will also include a close up photograph of my driver’s license to anyone that would like to see it. I also include here a picture of the exterior of my house and a picture of the interior. It’s a big house, six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Now please please please only respond to me if you are seriously looking for work. Please don’t pollute my inbox with two dozen extremely brief inquiries asking if the job is available without any information about how you can specifically help me. Any such responses you have no chance of landing this position whatsoever and I’m not even going to respond to you and waste your time and mine. I know by experience that I get a lot of responses from people that are just sort of “window-shopping” for a job. Please do not reply to me if that is you. Also I need someone who has their own transportation. If you don’t have that don’t bother responding to this ad. I also need someone who is not bothered by a real mess. But it’s clutter. We’re not talking about any kind of food mess or anything even closely related to that. Dazzle me with a well written description of your organizational prowess and abilities - I cannot over emphasize explaining to me why you are the best person for this job. That’s the sort of person who is going to land this job. I also would really like someone who can start right away. It would be so good for me if the person could start Saturday, October 16. That’s also the sort of person who can land this position. I’ve got a couple of things that I really need to find Saturday, October 16th. hat I know are in my room but I just can’t find them. However, if you are not available October 16 that by no means precludes you from landing this job. I also know by experience that people who live a significant distance from me, it never works out. So I need someone who lives in or very near to Titusville or Mims. There will be times when I only have about 3 to 4 hours of work at a time and it is so much more practical if the person that can help me has a short trip to my house. Pay is $15 an hour and I like to pay every time a person comes over to help me. I pay for that day and there is no need to keep any sort of record.
